I'm Steph Clark — published writer, award-winning photographer, former D1 athlete, BII survivor, wife, and mom of two. I've spent years chasing light from Bali cliffsides to quiet mornings on the farm. Somewhere along the way I discovered that the people who make travel unforgettable are the ones who actually pay attention — to the bartender's story, the taxi driver's detour, the stranger at the cabana one margarita in. That person is usually me. Feature, not a bug.
As a former CMO and Content & Communications Director for multiple luxury travel and hospitality brands, I understand what it actually takes to make content perform — not just look beautiful. I've sat on both sides of the table: the brand side, managing campaigns and creative direction, and the creator side, camera in hand at sunrise before the guests wake up. That dual perspective is rare. And it's exactly why the content I deliver works.
At my core, I'm a storyteller. Not the kind who stages a flat lay and calls it a day — the kind who notices the way afternoon light hits the lobby floor, or how the first sip of coffee feels different when you have nowhere to be. Travel has always been how I make sense of the world, and content is how I invite other people into it. Nothing I create is generic.
